Therapy Dog Boot Camp 2.0

Do you want to certify your pup to be a therapy dog but don’t know how to go about it? Then this class is for you! We will go over the requirements, paperwork, grooming, handling, and the steps needed for completing the enrollment process. We will also have a question-and-answer time with certified handlers. Interested?

Registration is required. We will accept up to 12 dog and handler teams for this program. Registration fee is $100 for nonactive members and the public, $50 for active and lifetime members, and $25 to audit the class without a dog. Vaccinations for Rabies and DHP are required and can be submitted prior to class if not already done.

Please bring a crate for your dog, a 4-foot-long leash if you have one, a flat or martingale collar without tags, and your pup! Dogs must be at least 1 year old, have a people loving personality, and have passed an intermediate manners level class. We will provide practice time for you and your pup as well.  CGC certification is a plus, but not required. We hope to see you there!
